J-NIUS V.V. Z DELIVERS THE TOP LOT AGAIN, JULIA ROSE Z SOLD FOR €40,333 TO POLAND

A filly by J-Nius V.V. Z sold on Saturday evening for €40,333 to a buyer in Poland. Julia Rose Z was the top lot of our online auction of foals, broodmares and embryos. It is the second auction in a row in which a foal by this stallion fetched the highest price.

In September, that honour went to the colt Jaguar MBZ, who fetched €20,000 in our Summer Sale. Once again, the J-Nius V.V. Z offspring stood out from day one.

Of the 46 lots, 38 were sold, a sales rate of 83 percent. The average price came to €7,212. The horses and embryos are going to buyers in twelve countries, from Ireland and Portugal to Bulgaria, Estonia and the United States.

“J-Nius V.V. Z is really making a name for himself at auctions this year. After Jaguar MBZ in September, Julia Rose Z now takes the top price. That results like these go hand in hand with great opportunities for every budget is thanks to our team and to the breeders and buyers who keep finding their way to us. We are looking forward to the last auction of 2026,” say our founders Alwin Scholten and Niels Mulder.

Embryos in second and third place

Demand for embryos stood out. The implanted embryo by Comme il Faut x Mystique fetched €12,000 and is going to Italy. At our previous auction, an embryo from this combination also finished among the top lots. The frozen embryo by Emerald van 't Ruytershof x Oak Grove's Americana followed at €11,000 and is also going to Italy. The nine embryos sold fetched an average of €6,917.

Broodmare Glamour Girl Tiekarla sold for €11,000

Among the broodmares, the highest price went to Glamour Girl Tiekarla (Zirocco Blue VDL x Corland), in foal to Balou du Reventon. She fetched €11,000 and stays in the Netherlands. Luciana (Comme il Faut x Connor), in foal to VDL Mindset ES, is going to Germany for €8,500. Saphire (Emerald van 't Ruytershof x Corrado I), in foal to Don Quidam, stays in the Netherlands for the same amount.

Half-brother to Horse Victory's Dutch Diarado heads to Ireland

Among the colts, Castelão Z (Comme il Faut x Crunch), half-brother to Maikel van der Vleuten's Horse Victory's Dutch Diarado, fetched €9,000. He will travel to Ireland later this year. Cruyff (Casallco x Chacco-Blue) is going to Bulgaria for €8,500 and White Wallet JS (Mattias VDL x Up to Date) stays in the Netherlands for the same amount.
