MARE BY HARDROCK Z SOLD FOR €14,500 IN THE THIRD AND FINAL FOAL AUCTION

With the conclusion of our third and final foal auction this year, we once again achieved impressive results. No less than 90% of the collection, consisting of more than 50 foals, was sold, with an average price of €6,500 per foal. The highlight of the auction was a mare by Hardrock Z, sold for the remarkable price of €14,500.

Despite the challenging market, Paardenveilingonline once again demonstrates its strength as a platform where buyers and sellers of top-quality foals come together. "It's fantastic to see that, even in difficult times, we're able to sell foals for realistic prices," said founders Alwin and Niels. The auction attracted significant international interest. While several foals will remain in the Netherlands, horses will also find new homes in Sweden, Italy, Belgium, Spain, France, England, Ireland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland, Croatia, and Poland.

4 foals sold over € 12.500

The auction topper Une Apardi KK (Hardrock Z x Corland) was sold for €14,500 to a buyer from Sweden. This promising foal, with an impressive pedigree from Hardrock Z and Corland, promises a successful future in the sport. For €13,500, Unaminka-V (Ermitage Kalone x Glock's London) will soon move to Ireland. This offspring, from the strong Minka line, combines the power of Olympic stallions such as Glock's London and Ermitage Kalone, making it a potential champion in the making.

Dutch buyers seize their chance 

Dutch buyers were also actively bidding. Coldplay Be SES Z (Cornet Obolensky x Nabab de Reve) fetched €13,500. This foal comes from an exceptional family of top performers like Go Easy, Iceman, and Hocus Pocus de Muze. Additionally, Quando (Quaprice Z x Vigo d'Arsouilles), son of GP mare Sterrehof’s Ushi, was sold for €12,500. Lastly, the grey Uitblinker (Berlin x Numero Uno), half-brother of the 1.50m horse Iowa B, will stay in the Netherlands for €9,000. With its proven bloodlines, this foal also has everything it takes to excel in the sport.
