As a half-brother to five international showjumpers, V-Comthago looks destined for a bright future. His dam Why Me produced the 1.40/1.45m-level horses Lechinto St Ghyvan Z (s.Levisto Z), with whom Leon Thijssen already made his 1.55m debut this year, as well as Play-Off St Ghyvan (s.Elvis ter Putte) and Qyps (s.Quidam de Revel). Why Me originates from a strong branch of Holsteiner line 6434 and is herself a half-sister to the 1.40m-level horses Uppercut de Bethune, Celtic de Bethune, and Quasino de Liebri Z. Granddam Narnia is in turn a half-sister to Marco Kutscher’s 1.50m horse Quatell. The sire Comthago VDL is excelling at the highest level with Hessel Hoekstra and also proves himself as a sire of extraordinary quality.
