As a grandson of the Grand Prix mare Paloma, the scopey jumper Maximus VDL is making great progress in both sport and breeding. He has already shown strong performances in young horse and stallion competitions and is paired here with the direct damline of the sire Frühling/Landjonker (s.Landadel). Granddam La Belle is a full sister to this stallion, known as the sire of top showjumpers such as Fighting Alpha, Janosch, and Kimberly. She herself foaled the international 1.55m level competing Casanova Junior (s.Carnando) ridden by James Paterson-Robinson as well as the 1.45m level horse Let’s Go (s.Lordanos). This direct line also includes 1.50/1.60m horses like Baltimore 1178 (s.Balou du Rouet), Bailando 52 (s.Balou du Rouet) and Can Fly Z (s.Can Remember).
