ABOUT
At the Paris Olympics, Baltic VDL proved his worth as the sire of two participants: multiple Rolex Grand Prix winner Leone Jei and Olympic team silver medalist Ilex VP. One of the first offspring of Unesse’s dam Zinesse is the international 1.30/1.35m level competing Jinesse (s.El Salvador). Zinesse herself is a half-sister to the national 1.40m level showjumper Fenesse (s.Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve). In the third generation, this damline traces back to the mare Udina, who can be found in the damline of multiple international sport horses, including the 1.50/1.60m level showjumpers Santa Maria (s.Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve) ridden by Jos Lansink, Duke (s.Phin Phin) ridden by Przemyslaw Konopacki, and Roelof Bril’s Cuba Libre (s.Mr. Blue).
