Ruby Rebel comes from the first crop of the promising BWP approved Gin Flip de Muze, who has excellent origins as he is a grandson of the famous Grand Prix mare H&M Butterfly Flip. Also on the dam’s side, this interesting filly is closely related to a well-known Grand Prix mare. Her 1.35m level jumping granddam Marico is a half-sister of the very successful Mr.Blue mare VDL Groep Saphhire B, which made progress under Maikel van der Vleuten. Marico already foaled the international 1.55/1.60m showjumper VDL Groep Falco (s.Clearway) ridden by Leopold van Asten as well as the 1.45m level performing Goodwill Z (s.Aristo Z). The international sport stallions Malito de Rêve, Hermes de Rêve and the Grand Prix stallion Pacino also originate from this direct damline.
