This five-year-old gelding is sired by champion stallion Jardonnay VDL, who competed at international 1.35m level before being sold to the States, and is a grandson of the well-producing mare Irina. This 1.35m jumping mare has produced no less than six international showjumpers, including former Dutch young horse champion Veldheer (s.Matterhorn) -who competed at 1.55m level with Graham Gillespie- and the at the same level performing Labor's Wonderboy (s.Indoctro) of Jur Vrieling. The 1.45m level showjumpers Darina (s.Cardento), Zidane (s.Emilion) and Tsjakka (s.Lancelot) are also direct offspring of Irina. Besides, she is listed as the granddam of the 1.60m jumping horse Just D (s.Durango VDL) which makes sure Odin WB comes from a strong damline.
