This promising three-year-old gelding was bred out of the mare Tequila du Pachis, who brings together the valuable international sport and breeding stallions Kashmir van Schuttershof and Concorde. When paired with Dominator 2000 Z she already produced the seven-year-old D’Artagnan Z, competing internationally at 1.35m-level. Granddam Qualine du Pachis is a half-sister to the international 1.45m showjumper Opus du Pachis (s.Heartbreaker) ridden by Lieven Devos and to the 1.40m horse Naiade du Pachis (s.Nabab de Rêve) ridden by Marcel Ewen. Genepi VDM Z comes from the second crop of the international 1.45m stallion Gancio van ’t Smisveld Z, who, as a grandson of the top mare Gancia de Muze, is bred for a bright future.
