With offspring such as Clooney, Cornet du Lys, Balou du Reventon, Cornet d’Amour and Comme Il Faut, Cornet Obolensky has built up an excellent reputation as a breeding stallion. The Olympic stallion is paired here with the four-year-old mare To The Point PS Z, who descends from Christian Ahlmann’s Grand Prix stallion Take A Chance On Me Z. Cornet JR PS Z also inherited good performance genes on the dam’s side, as granddam Amour II PS Z produced the international 1.40m horse Champion PS Z (s.Comilfo Plus Z) ridden by John Steeghs.
