The sire of Aurora Borealis DCK Z is the stallion Air Jordan Alpha Z, the clone of the Grand Prix sport and breeding stallion Air Jordan Z who was successful with Daniel Deusser. The oldest offspring of Air Jordan Alpha Z are at the beginning of an international sports career at the age of eight. Via top progenitor Caretano Z, this line leads back to granddam Carthago's Ruby Second Life Z. She competed at international 1.30m level with Angelique Rüsen and is a full sister of the ten-year-old international 1.50m horse Cipollini Second Life Z ridden by Victor Mariano Luminatti. This descendant of Carthago earned a silver medal among 7-year-old horses at the "2019 World Breeding Championships for Young Horses". She is also a half-sister of the 1.45m level performer Quidams Ruby Second Life Z (s.Quidam de Revel)
