Both the dam and granddam of this colt competed successfully at 1.35m-level. Notably, granddam Ikina Field is a half-sister to the international showjumpers Fair Field (s.Zirocco Blue VDL), who reached 1.60m-level with Katherine Strauss, and the 1.45m-level performing HH Jamil Field (s.Mylord Carthago). This direct damline also produced the international 1.40m-level jumper Jikina Field (s.Glasgow van ’t Merelsnest). The sire of Vince Field is the proven Don’t Touch Tiji Hero, a half-brother to Grand Prix stallion Akarad Hero Z, whose oldest offspring -including Dourkhan Hero Z and Moneypenny- are already making a mark at the highest level.
