In the third generation, this line traces back to the Grand Prix mare Babbe van ’t Roosakker, who competed at the highest level with Michel Hecart. Babbe van ’t Roosakker is a half-sister to multiple Grand Prix horses, including Ben Maher’s European Championship medalist Cella, and has herself produced 1.50/1.60m performers such as Bingo, Dulhan de la Roque, Erco van ’t Roosakker, Geena, and Giorgio van ’t Hagenhof. Granddam Grand Cru van ’t Hagenhof has proven her value in breeding, as the dam of international 1.50/1.60m horses Fabio van ’t Hagenhof Z and Kipling van ’t Hagenhof, as well as several 1.45m competitors.
