Kassandra van het Leike Z is bred out of a half-sister of the international Grand Prix showjumper Quick Z (s.Quasimodo Z), who performed at the highest level with Sameh El Dahan. The sire is the genetically very interesting Kassander van 't Roosakker, who has competed at international 1.40m level with Gregory Wathelet and proves his worth as a progenitor of showjumpers. Dam's sire Inar C has shown his qualities in international classes at 1.50/1.55m level and then the line leads back to granddam Palalanda. She is a half-sister of the international 1.55m showjumpers Rioso van de Kapel (s.Idem d'Azur) and Alanda van de Kapel (s.Quasimodo Z). The last-mentioned is in turn dam of the Grand Prix showjumper Cliff Z ridden by Bassem Mohammed.
